Such a romantic piece in wonderfully soft cotton. I'm 5'4"size 18 and the hem falls to the middle of my shin. The XL fits my broad shoulders and the front fastens without gaps. I will wear this over the bretton blouse and loose pants, over a cotton jumpsuit or a midi-dress. I wouldn't call it a "coat;" it's definitely a summer layer. I'm going to love wearing it.

The sizing is a bit problematic, as the sizes online are Standard or Large (the print catalog says Standard or Generous) and the size guide doesn't really correspond to this sizing. I took a shot on the generous and it fits incredibly well through the shoulders and sleeves but is a little snug at the chest. It also appears considerably longer on the model. On me, it skims my knee. Now for the good comments - it is SUPER comfortable and that 'Goldie Locks' level of warm - not too cool, not too hot - just right! It looks great with leggings or jeans and would be great for a semi-dressy night out.
