It's a beautiful, feminine layering piece that I will wear over a tank and loose pants, and/or under the cara coat or a long cardigan. It arrived rather stiff but is soft now after washing and line drying. The white blouse is very sheer, which is the look I wanted.

True to size. Is very light and breezy.
